Laidson started in construction in his early twenties and founded Melos Construction in 2015. Two decades in, he’s worked hands-on across painting, drywall, finish carpentry, and full home remodels.
Patricia runs the front of the business — taking the calls, walking properties, writing estimates, and making sure every client gets a real human voice on the other end. She’s the reason the work happens on time.
We grew the company the slow way: one project, one referral, one neighbor at a time. We don’t advertise “excellence” — we deliver the kind of work that gets recommended over fences and at PTA pickup.
