Is LVP really waterproof?
Yes. Modern LVP is engineered with a waterproof core, making it safe for kitchens, full baths, basements, and laundry rooms.
How does LVP compare to hardwood?
LVP looks remarkably close to hardwood, costs less, handles water and scratches better, but cannot be sanded and refinished like solid wood.
Can LVP be installed over existing flooring?
Sometimes — over flat tile or vinyl with proper underlayment. Carpet always comes out first. We assess each project individually.
